強制薄膜式リアクター(FTFR)を用いて,数~10 nmの銅フタロシアニン(Cu-Pc)ナノ粒子を作製するとともに粒子の表面処理を行った。手法には発煙硫酸に溶解させたCu-Pcを水に希釈することでCu-Pc粒子を析出させる方法を用いた。得られたCu-Pcナノ粒子の表面状態を,IRおよびXPSを用いて検討したところ,スルホ基の存在を確認した。さらにTOF-SIMSを用いてより詳細に検討したところ,Cu-Pcナノ粒子の表面にはスルホン化物が存在することを見いだした。さらに,表面にスルホ基が導入されたCu-Pcナノ粒子は有機溶媒中での分散性に優れていることを見いだした。これらの結果から,FTFRを用いるとCu-Pcナノ粒子の表面処理を均…

我が国にとって貴重な資源であるフッ素を,カルシウム吸収材を用いて排ガス中から乾式で再資源化する技術を開発している.カルシウム吸収材の種類,粒径,反応温度をパラメータとして,フロン分解ガスと低温で気固反応させる時の反応特性を調べた.HF濃度が約30%,HCl濃度が約15%の反応ガスをHCFC22の熱分解により得た.吸収材の粒径は1–2 mm,2–4 mmの2種類を用い,反応温度を473–673 Kの範囲で変化させた.この場合の空塔速度は4–6 cm/s,空間速度(SV)は1600–2300 h−1の範囲となる.各反応条件に対する炭酸カルシウムと酸化カルシウムのフッ素回収率は各吸収材の反応特性に大きく依存し,CO2の発生を伴うフッ素化…
